Flying Moon In Space started playing music together in different assemblies from 2015, until now playing almost 50 concerts in Leipzig alone, making their energetic performances -sometimes with 2 drummers, the concerts lasting up to 3 hours – their trademark. Throughout the years the music got more structurally, which resulted in their first live recording Live On Earth in Late Summer 2018. In march 2019 singer Adam Parks, guitar players Valentin Bringmann, Josefine Schön, Henrik Rohde and Sebastian Derksen, bass player Sascha Neubert and drummer Timo Lexau, went on their first tour which led them through Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with the conclusion that not only Leipzig audience couldn 't resist dancing to their driving Kraut/Psych sound.

On 13.04.2019 they scored the movie Reproductions by experimental underground filmmaker Wilhelm Hein at UT Connewitz, which will be released with live footage in June 2019. Currently FMIS is working on the preparations to their first studio album, which will be recorded in June. Plans for year 2019 will be Fusion Festival, a short tour in late summer in Scandinavia and a longer tour in November 2019 in Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic…
