Poznań Bear Weekend’19: Bears Unite × Mr.Bear Poland 2020 Finale

As the Board of Bears of Poland Association, we are very excited to invite you to our first ever 4-day Bear Weekend in Poznan in Poland (PBW19). Its tagline „Bears Unite” is all about integration and getting together beyond labels for an even greater experience of being a part of a prominent, European Brotherhood. We do our best to make this event a kind of „the best of Bears of Poland” showcase.
Here is what we’ve in store for our guests attending Bear Weekend in Poznan:

🐻 7 MAIN EVENTS & 20+ ACTIVITIES ACROSS 4 DAYS
Bear Weekend in Poznan is going to be filled with a vast array of varied, exciting activities & events catered to fit different interests and tastes. Below event description you will find a detailed timetable of all events – more details coming soon.

🐻 CLUB SPACE: HAH POZNAN WITH 4 AREAS + 3 BARS:
We have at our disposal a newly opened wing of HaH Club in Poznan. It is capable of fitting up to 800 people across its four areas with 3 dance floors, 3 bars, and maze-like darkrooms.
Such a vast space enables us to expand our events into even more exciting ones.

🐻 ALL-IN-ONE WEEKEND PACKAGES (2nd Sept.)
On Monday (September 2nd) we will begin on-line sale of „Early Beard” Weekend Packages for Bear Weekend Poznań’19. They include full access to all main events of our Bear Weekend. Additionally, you will be able to compose your 3-day individual lunch+dinner menu from our partner restaurants from Poznan.

🐻 SPECIAL OFFERS ON HOTELS AND HOSTELS (30th Aug)
On Friday (August 30th) you will be provided with a varied selection of special offers on accommodation from our partner hotels and hostels in Poznań.

During the weekend of 17th-20th Oct., you will experience the finale of Mr. Bear Poland 2020 elections. It is going to be the 11th edition of one of our best-known European representations.

Bear Weekend in Poznan will also open a year-long celebration of the 10th anniversary of our Bears of Poland Association. We see a great opportunity in time spent on celebrating our journey from a dream of a few proud Polish bears back in 2009 up to date. Across a period of 10 years, through the hard work of many of our brothers, that dream grew into one of the biggest formal associations in Poland with over 200 active members and over 1500 supporters and friends.

We would like to use this opportunity to open up a new chapter of integration between our Polish bear community with our brothers from all over Europe. To achieve that, we will organize the first Bear Conference in Poland: the Bear Communities of Central-Eastern Europe (CEE). We hope it will become a great companion to a fantastic yearly Bears Collaboration Meet-Ups during Bearty in Tallin.
We are inviting representatives of bear communities from all over Europe to celebrate our bonds together in Poznan.
