Jest rok 1986, Vice City. Po wyjściu z więzienia Tommy Vercetti, zanim wykona kolejną misję zorganizuje w swojej rezydencji imprezę, na której zagrają DJe najlepszych radiostacji Vice City: Emotion 98.3, FLASH FM, Wave 103, V-rock.
A z głośników popłynie najlepsza muzyka tamtego czasu: 80s pop, new wave, old school hip hop, hard rock

Cofnijmy się razem do 2002 roku kiedy beztrosko rozwalaliśmy samochody w Vice City przed ekranem komputera, a z radia sączyła się Britney Spears, Jay-Z i Alicia Keys.
