As this is the first edition in Poland, let us explain what exactly the meaning of Jouvert actually is:

What it is: J'Ouvert, meaning “dawn” or “daybreak” in Antillean Creole French, is an early morning street party held in several Caribbean countries as part of Carnival. In some cultures, part of the tradition is to smear paint, mud or oil on participants. In this case, Warsaw J'Ouvert-goers can dress in P-Jamas (Night wear)
That correct, the dress code for this even is P-Jamas aka sleep wear.
