Polish-born Filip spent the first decade of his life experiencing the dusk of communism and the dawn of democracy in Poland, but grew up and studied in the USA, from where he fled fearing an unwanted reputation for being a sausage-eating thief. In the Netherlands, he got a law degree (for some reason), but he also found ways to get in touch with his inner conscience. Then, fearing a future of long hours, sleeping pills, and divorces – he has come back to Poland to, simply, tell you all jokes…seriously. His relaxed stage persona mixed with well thought-out material will satisfy even the biggest comedy snobs. Intelligent, silly and fun loving, and, of course – woke AF; he will take you with him on a journey of using comedy to deal with life’s frustrations and downfalls, as well as its beauty. Filip finds zen in laughter and laughter is within him, let’s zen out together.
